2. We convert your prospective clients.
We install a resource page and FAQ popup on your website to engage more of your site visitors, both of which ask a qualifying question to identify the best prospects. We will then telephone the qualified prospects and suggest an office or phone appointment with you. Those who download your resource materials also receive an educational nurturing series and branded shock-and-awe package to keep you top-of-mind.
3. We expand and strengthen your client communication.
We provide an extensive collection of informative booklets and custom newsletters in both print and digital format for you to distribute to your client list. Also included are a meaty welcome kit for new clients, a reassurance email series to keep them informed of ongoing work, and email templates for keeping in touch with your contacts throughout your firm’s client life cycle.
